Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Live Boards website, member portal, television displays, mobile applications, games, connected-device features, and related services. By creating an account or using Live Boards, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Live Boards for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Invitation codes are personal unless Live Boards expressly authorizes transfer.

2. Beta service

Live Boards may offer prerelease or beta features. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, lose data, or be suspended. They should not be relied upon for emergency information, wagering, safety systems, or other critical uses.

3. Plans, trials, subscriptions, and add-ons

Features, screen limits, integrations, advertisements, and add-ons vary by plan. Trial length and included plan are displayed at signup. Unless a paid offer states otherwise, a free trial returns to the Free plan when it expires and does not create a charge. Paid subscriptions renew at the frequency and price disclosed before purchase until cancelled. You may cancel through the same billing provider or account area used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally remains effective through the paid period. Refunds are governed by the checkout terms and, for app-store purchases, the applicable store’s rules.

4. Home and commercial use

Consumer plans are for personal, noncommercial use. Public venues, restaurants, bars, workplaces, events, hospitality spaces, and other business uses require a plan that expressly permits commercial use. You are responsible for public-performance, music, video, gaming, promotional, and other licenses required at your location. A Live Boards subscription does not replace licenses required from rights holders or performing-rights organizations.

5. Sports data, fantasy information, and odds

Scores, schedules, statistics, team information, news, fantasy data, and odds may be provided by third parties and may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Live Boards does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, provide gambling accounts, or guarantee outcomes. Odds and fantasy information are for entertainment and reference only. You are responsible for complying with applicable age restrictions and laws.

6. Connected services and devices

Optional integrations may include sports-data services, fantasy providers, smart lights, speakers, music services, video services, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. Availability depends on compatible accounts, devices, networks, permissions, and provider APIs. Triggers may be delayed or fail, and must not be used for security, medical, fire, emergency, or safety-critical functions.

7. Trivia, games, music, and user-provided content

You are responsible for content you upload, link, display, play, or submit, including trivia questions, names, images, videos, playlists, streams, and custom-game material. You must have the necessary rights and must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content. Live Boards may remove content or disable access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, rights holders, or the service.

9. Intellectual property

Live Boards and its original software, designs, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Sports leagues, teams, athletes, broadcasters, music providers, device manufacturers, and other third parties own their respective names, trademarks, media, and data. No ownership transfers to you.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features, providers, plans, and beta access. We may suspend accounts for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or conduct that harms the service or others. We will provide notice when reasonably practical.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Live Boards is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, accuracy of third-party information, or continued availability of any provider integration. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Live Boards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, failed device reactions, or losses caused by third-party content or services. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Live Boards during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through Profile or the account-deletion page. Deletion does not cancel obligations already incurred. Limited records may be retained where required for transactions, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as Live Boards evolves. The effective date and policy version will be updated. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
